INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For International Orders we use USPS and UPS. For USPS, the post office quotes a certain number of days (7 – 10) for delivery but are only the number of days it takes for the package to reach your customs office. Packages can sit in customs for up to 53 days. It is strongly recommended that you contact your customs office if your package is holding.

All Orders have Tracking numbers; For longer than expected delays with a UPS shipment, or regarding a shipment that is stuck in customs, please contact your countries postal service partner.

DOMESTIC ORDERS
For Domestic Orders a tracking number will be emailed to you soon after your order is processed. If it has been a few days and you have not received a tracking number, contact us!

PRODUCT WARRANTY
Thirty days from date of purchase.
All Products shall be operational upon shipment. Once the Products have been embedded into any device and /or system, the user assumes full responsibility for the continued operation of the Products and no warranty shall apply. All Products are intended for use only by persons familiar with environmental monitoring, chemical handling and embedded electrical engineering techniques. Atlas is not responsible for misuse of its products in conjunction with unsafe or improperly maintained equipment or for uses other than intended environmental monitoring. The Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. ATLAS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Atlas shall not be liable for any special, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or indirect damages, losses or expenses of any kind whatsoever directly or indirectly arising from the sale, handling or use of the Products, or from any other cause relating thereto. Atlas liability hereunder in any case is expressly limited to the replacement (in the form originally shipped) of Products not complying with this Agreement or, at Atlas’ election, to the repayment of, or crediting purchaser or customer with, an amount equal to the purchase price of such Products, whether such claims are for breach of warranty, negligence or otherwise. Any claim by purchaser with reference to the Products sold hereunder for any cause shall be deemed waived by purchaser, and/or its customer, unless submitted to Atlas in writing within (30) days from the earlier of the date of discovery, or the date when discovery should have occurred, of any claimed breach. Warranties provided herein, shall not, in any event extend beyond 30 days following the date of purchase from Atlas.

WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCESS?
To initiate a return, please contact us via support@atlas-scientific.com.
All returns must be within 15 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive your return, the item(s) will be evaluated before your refund is issued. Evaluation criteria include the following:

Item(s) must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, including but not limited to: no damage, original tags, and all original packaging included.

After contacting our support team and receiving your response, please pack all returning items, along with a print of your confirmation of purchase email and response from our support team.

NOTE:
If we approve or reject your return for any reason, we will notify you of our decision via email. The refund process will be applied after your shipment has been received and evaluated.

RETURN SHIPPING COST:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and restocking will be deducted from your refund.

The Restocking Fee will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY
Contact us within 14 days of delivery if an item is missing, or if you feel you received an incorrect item. After 14 days, it is assumed that no items are missing, all items are correct and that your order is complete.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors without prior approval.
