Atlas Scientific is an environmental technology enterprise with a focus on computerized management technologies for closed biological ecosystems.
Atlas Scientific was founded in 2005 by two brothers, Jordan and Efrem Press, to help bring their ideas for more robust, energy efficient and cost effective management technologies to the industry.

Their goal is to apply networked computer systems and electrical engineering principles along with their expertise in biology and ecology to provide better technology solutions for ecosystem management.

Atlas Scientific decided to enter the almost nonexistent environmental control industry. It is the goal of the company to provide advanced computer systems designed specifically for their intended environment. Our computer systems will not only control the environment but will do so while minimizing electrical demand.

The ecosystem product line has a heavy focus on both of these attributes.
Every Ecosystem model provides both a fine degree of computerized control and power efficiency.

In most instances, the power efficient design of the Ecosystem products can save a tremendous amount of electricity resulting in significant cost savings to you and and a reduced impact on the environment from decreased energy demands.

In addition to developing and extending the Ecosystem product line, Atlas Scientific is currently working with the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation in addressing several key issues, including water monitoring of their Greenstreets and the problem of CSO (combined sewage overflow). Atlas Scientific, through the application of computerized monitoring systems and the development of a completely self-sustainable, solar powered robotic irrigation system, is excited to help the City of New York become a leader in finding solutions to environmental problems that not only impact New York City, but the whole world.
